It’s a bit chewy, a bit nutty, and has a good, hearty texture. Best of all, it will take on whatever flavours you dare throw at it. So get throwing!

INGREDIENTS:

Soybeans*, Water, Culture (inoculum). *Organic

HOW TO COOK:

Pan-fry: heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry for around 5 mins, turning often until golden brown.

Oven: coat in 1 tbsp oil and bake in an oven tray for 20-25 mins at 180°C.
